Lazy Hound Events

Hi! We’re Nicole and Erik,

the husband-and-wife team behind Lazy Hound Events.

 

Lazy Hound started as kind of a joke between us: “What if we just invited people over for coffee and made something good out of it?” No pressure, no awkward small talk, no “Are we allowed to be here?” feeling — just a place to sit down, breathe, and meet decent people. That little idea turned into cowboy coffee afternoons, then movie nights, then markets, and it’s been growing ever since.

 

At our core, we care about creating the kind of community we want to live in. We’re big on real conversation, local makers, and that small-town feeling where you walk in and someone actually looks happy you showed up. We try to keep our events welcoming, relaxed, and kind — for young adults, the young-at-heart, and anyone who just needs somewhere to belong for a couple hours.

 

Lazy Hound is named after our hounds (who fully believe they’re in charge), and it’s inspired by our life together — the dogs, the horses, the coffee, and the way we were both raised to show up for people.
